Flax Chair nominated for Beazley Designs of the Year exhibition & award

The Flax Chair has been selected for the annual Beazley Designs of the Year exhibition & award. The exhibition provides a snapshot of the very best in innovative and exciting design from the past year. 

Now in its 10th year, the exhibition brings together over 60 global projects across six categories: Architecture, Digital, Fashion, Graphics, Product and Transport. Nominated by renowned academics, critics and designers, each project has been recognised for its outstanding contribution to design that has captured the spirit of time.

The exhibition features film, virtual reality, audio and objects representing the breadth and variety of this year’s designs.

The public vote will be open online from 18 October 2017 and a jury of industry experts will decide on the award winners in January 2018.
